Position: Customer Support Coordinator (m/w/d)

Tasks

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels - B2B and B2C
* Updating the promotion and marketing in social media channels
* Automate order management between the system and central warehouse while coordinating communication between customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage order uploads, track shipments, resolve issues related to order fulfillment, and address logistics-related complaints promptly by identifying root causes and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows and align with customer needs.
* Deliver the excellent customer service for networks distribution and clients
* Working with distributors / executives to implement SIPs and other business programs to provide ongoing support in their business development.
* Organization, preparation and active participation in events, meetings and trainings.
* Support the Europe Service Center for regular reports and special projects


Requirements

* Excellent in German and English
* Relevant professional experience 3+ years in the field of customer service / customer care
* Active, motivated team player and work independently
* PC knowledge with the MS Office package
