Verantwortlichkeiten
1. Entwickeln und optimieren anlagenspezifischer Arbeitsschutzprogramme
2. Überwachen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Arbeitsschutzstandards
3. Durchführen von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und sicherstellen der Umsetzung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
4. Coachen von Teams zu Verfahren und Grundsätzen des Arbeitsschutzes
5. Koordinieren von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzprogrammen
6. Überprüfen und aktualisieren eingesetzter Arbeitsschutzmittel in regelmäßigen Abständen
7. Erfassen, analysieren und berichten relevanter Arbeitsschutzdaten
Qualifikation:
8. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einer technischen Fachrichtung sowie eine weiterführende Qualifikation (mindestens Techniker:in)
9. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsschutz, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
10. Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (falls nicht bereits vorhanden)
Ihre Fähigkeiten
11. Ausgeprägte Sicherheitsorientierung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeits-und Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
12. Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz – überzeugendes Auftreten zur Förderung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins
13. Coaching-Fähigkeiten – Schulung und Einweisung von Mitarbeitenden in Arbeitsschutzprozesse
14. Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools zur Datenerfassung, Analyse und Berichterstattung
