Position Overview
As a Design Specialist at CJ Foods Europe, you will develop and deliver on- and offline communication assets for key European markets, including the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands.
The role involves taking ownership of consumer-focused POS/ISP items, from initial concept through to execution, while working closely with the Sales and Product Management teams to strengthen the brand experience.
You will oversee the full project cycle from planning, design, production and reporting, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.

Location
Bad Homburg office, Germany. This position requires full on-site presence.
Scope of Work
· Plan and deliver a variety of design projects in collaboration with internal and external teams
· Design POS/ISP items such as posters, wobblers, zoning materials, shelf strips, tasting demo tables, etc.
· Lead consumer-focused ideation and execution of design assets, from concept to completion
· Liaise with production vendors for creation and quality management
· Design sales support materials (brochures, product sheets, presentations, etc.)
· Review and provide design support for digital content
· Manage external agencies (printing, web)
· Archive and manage design assets
· Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and channels
· Manage projects from planning through to final reporting
· Work actively with the Sales and Product Management teams to deliver aligned outputs
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience (POS materials, sales support materials, content design)
· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); video editing (Premiere, After Effects) desirable
· Experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Google VEO, etc.) required
· Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across both print and digital
· Previous experience working on B2B/B2C products, and within brand guidelines
· Fluent in English and German (required); Korean language skills an advantage
· Strong collaboration, communication and project management skills
