Your area of work
As an intern (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Market Data and Services department significantly in the development of new data analytics products.
Your responsibilities:
1. You will assist developing and automating trading analytics in foreign exchange (FX) markets
2. You will gain interesting insights in working with cloud-based analytics platforms like Databricks
3. Furthermore, you will support the team in various quantitative analyses and have the possibility to apply machine learning models on big data sets
4. In addition you will gain comprehensive insights into the broader Market Data + Services business
Your profile:
5. You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesters
(Study focus in the field of mathematics, informatics, physics, economics or other quantitative fields) or you already hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree that is not older than 6 months
6. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in financial markets
7. You are interested in data analysis and programming
8. Your affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and you can work independently
9. You have very good practical knowledge and experience in Python, Github and are familiar with Databricks
10. You are fluent in written and spoken English
