Requirements
15. Bachelor’s degree +5 years’ experience, or Master’s + 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
16. Professional background in logistics or freight forwarding; ideally with procurement, quality management, or operations exposure
17. Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
18. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
19. Intercultural competence and ability to influence in a matrix setup
20. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
21. Data-driven mindset and comfortable with business travel
22. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German
