Overview
Director (m/f/d) – Change & Communication and Training & Enablement at Fresenius Kabi leads change management, communication, training, enablement, and program governance for the large-scale global OneCRM initiative (PULSE) built on the Salesforce platform. You will lead and empower a diverse team of experts responsible for driving change management, communication, training, enablement, and governance across the program. This role requires collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Integration Leads (e.g., MuleSoft), and IT stakeholders to deliver a people-centric and future-proof CRM transformation.
This position requires outstanding people management skills, a hands-on mindset, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
* Leadership of the Change & Communication and Training & Enablement team: set direction, support growth, and inspire motivation with purposeful challenges.
* Mentorship: empower team members through guidance and support, driving technical and personal development, and fostering a culture of trust and continuous learning.
* Develop and implement CRM transformation strategies: contribute to the OneCRM target picture, vision, and success KPIs; ensure change, communication, training, and governance are aligned with strategic goals.
* Drive Change Management and Communication: oversee design and execution to support stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption across all CRM modules and business units.
* Manage Training and Enablement: ensure development and delivery of effective training programs and enablement materials tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, supporting onboarding and long-term system usage.
* Perform Program Management duties: support PMO activities including planning, tracking, and reporting across the CRM transformation.
* Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, IT) across regions and countries to ensure consistency and effectiveness of CRM-related change and training processes.
* Provide strategic and operational guidance: lead decision-making across change, communication, and training functions to craft scalable approaches addressing diverse business needs.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Communication) or equivalent experience.
* At least 10 years of professional experience in Pharma/Life Science industries or consulting, with a focus on transformation, change management, communications, training, or program leadership.
* Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to guide and influence teams and manage CRM projects including change, communication, training, and rollout.
* Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer, process, and system issues.
* Experience coordinating and managing commercial initiatives across multiple countries and business divisions within a multinational company.
* Experience in Change Management and training design and enablement across global organizations.
* Knowledge of Salesforce platform and familiarity with its modules; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other learning tools; experience with SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Salesforce certification and/or project management certifications are a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally (moderate travel required).
