As our Google Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube
* Strategizing and executing SEM initiatives to boost ticket sales and online revenue
* Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
* Monitoring KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to drive campaign performance
* Collaborating with internal teams (design, product, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
* Reporting on campaign performance and recommending actionable improvements
* Staying ahead of trends in bidding strategies, automation, and audience segmentation
What You Bring
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering positive ROI
* Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
* Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Must be based in Berlin
* Bonus: Experience with ticketing platforms or live event marketing
