Operativ
* Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Paid-Kanäle: Amazon Ads (DSP, AMC), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Verwaltung und Skalierung eines siebenstelligen jährlichen Advertising-Budgets
* Kontinuierliche Performance-Analyse (ROAS, ACoS, CPA, Deckungsbeiträge)
* Identifikation von Skalierungshebeln, Tests und neuen Kampagnen-Setups
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Head of Marketplaces & Head of DTC
Strategisch
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer kanalübergreifenden Performance-Marketing-Strategie
* Ableitung klarer Wachstumsmaßnahmen zur Umsatz- und Marktanteilssteigerung
* Aufbau skalierbarer Kampagnenstrukturen und Best Practices
* Datenbasierte KPI-Auswertung und darauf aufbauend Handlungsempfehlungen
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, eCommerce, BWL oder vergleichbar
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing/Paid Advertising
* Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Management siebenstelliger Werbebudgets pro Jahr
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Amazon Ads, Google Ads und Meta Ads
* Erfahrungen im eCommerce, idealerweise FMCG, Fitness, Nutrition oder D2C
* Tiefes Verständnis von Performance-KPIs, Attribution und Budgetsteuerung
* Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse- und Reportingtools
* Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und internen Stakeholdern
* Sehr gute MS Office-/Excel-Kenntnisse

Operational
* Independent planning, management, and optimization of our paid channels: Amazon Ads (DSP, AMC), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Management and scaling of a seven-figure annual advertising budget
* Continuous performance analysis (ROAS, ACoS, CPA, contribution margins)
* Identification of scaling levers, tests, and new campaign setups
* Close collaboration with Head of Marketplaces & Head of DTC
Strategic
* Development and implementation of a cross-channel performance marketing strategy
* Derivation of clear growth measures to increase sales and market share
* Establishment of scalable campaign structures and best practices
* Data-based KPI evaluation and recommendations for action based on this
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* Completed training or studies in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in performance marketing/paid advertising
* Proven experience in managing seven-figure advertising budgets per year
* Very good knowledge of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
* Experience in e-commerce, ideally FMCG, fitness, nutrition, or D2C
* Deep understanding of performance KPIs, attribution, and budget control
* Confident use of analysis and reporting tools
* Experience working with agencies and internal stakeholders
* Very good knowledge of MS Office/Excel
