Position : Technical service engineer
Job Responsibilities :
1. Equipment Installation and Commissioning
* Responsible for the guidance of installation, commissioning, and startup of ESS products at customer sites to ensure the equipment operates smoothly as per customer requirements.
* Provide on-site technical support according to the product manuals and customer needs, resolving any technical issues during installation and commissioning.
1. Technical Support and Maintenance
* Provide technical guidance for routine maintenance and repair services for equipment to ensure stable operation and minimize customer downtime.
* Offer technical consulting to customers.
1. Training and Documentation Management
* Conduct regular customer training on equipment operation and maintenance to enhance customers' ability to use and maintain the equipment.
* Product Presentation and Explanation.
* Prepare and organize maintenance records, service manuals, and other technical documentation to ensure compliance and traceability during service.
1. Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain good communication and interaction with customers, respond to customer needs promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Collect customer feedback, propose improvement suggestions, and collaborate with relevant departments to continuously improve product and service quality.
1. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
* Respond quickly to customer equipment failures, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions.
* Cooperate with the headquarters technical team to analyze and resolve product issues, ensuring continuous product quality and support improvement.
1. Reporting and Data Analysis
* Regularly compile service reports, track equipment performance and customer feedback, and provide necessary data support.
* Analyze failure types, frequencies, and other data, offer preventive maintenance suggestions, and optimize equipment maintenance strategies.
1. Credential Requirements : Relevant Educational Background
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
1. Working experience
* 2-4 years working experience about pre-sales/after-sales technical support in energy storage,inverters or other electrical product business.
1. Language Skills
* Proficiency in English, able to communicate fluently with headquarters and customers.
* Knowledge of the local language is an advantage if working in specific countries (e.g., German, French, etc.).
1. Other Requirements
* Driver's license: A valid international or European driver’s license (depending on country requirements).
* Ability to travel and flexibility in work schedule.
