You'll join a passionate, international HR team that's excited to grow together!
Tasks
For the time being your focus will be on employee lifecycle transitions (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, entry/ exit management). You will closely work together with and steer our HR service provider. Besides that, you will contribute across the full employee lifecycle:
1. Advise leadership and support employees on selected topics
2. Process key HR topics (e.g. employer branding, recruiting, entry/ exit management)
3. Contribute to policies and guidelines
4. Manage personnel transfers and reorganizations (incl. stakeholder communication)
5. Steer internal and external HR service providers
6. Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
7. Give functional guidance to (vocational) trainees, working students and interns

Requirements
8. Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ relevant professional experience, preferably in psychology, economics, social sciences, or humanities with an HR focus
9. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
10. Solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities in a complex environment
11. Computer literate (e.g. MS Office, HR IT core data systems)
12. Comfortable with business travel
