Our Data and Behavioral Science teams utilize purpose-built Python tools to analyze and enrich our data.

For the improvement and development of one of our innovative products, we are looking for you as a passionate and experienced Ruby on Rails developer. What you can do with us:
1. Develop, optimise, and maintain core applications and services
2. Collaborate with product team to understand and fulfil product roadmap requirements
3. Configure, maintain, and improve deployment infrastructure, server environments, and testing infrastructure
4. Take ownership of specific components and work to improve them continually
5. Ensure scalability, performance, availability and security of our systems
6. Drive innovation and enhancement of our AI-based platform from an IT perspective and support further business development
7. Stay up-to-date on current tech industry trends
What you should bring for it:
8. You have 4+ years of relevant work experience in web development and software engineering, with experience in medium and large-sized projects for more than 1 year
9. Extensive expertise in backend development and technologies, particularly Ruby on Rails
10. Deep understanding of SQL
11. Experience designing APIs or file exchange between an application and third party services
12. Knowledge of backend infrastructure technologies like Linux, AWS, and Docker
13. Experienced with TDD and CI/CD
14. Ability to develop a solid infrastructure and elegant code on the backend
15. Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
16. Passion for developing innovative solutions and interest in working with AI-based technologies
17. Good English communication skills

18. Experience in the financial or accounting industry
