Your key responsibilities include:
* Gaining hands-on experience in various exciting hotel departments – from Front Office and Housekeeping to F&B and Events
* Getting to know both brands – Sheraton & Marriott – and experiencing the world of Marriott International from two perspectives
* Participating in internal trainings and being supported by experienced colleagues
* Opportunity to take part in the apprentice exchange program in the second year
* Participation in the national Marriott Apprentice Conference in the third year
* Actively shaping the guest experience and gaining insight into the operations of an international hotel
