Responsabilities:
* The Demi Chef de Partie will assist the Chef de Partie in food production and cooking, and will also guarantee that all working stations are perfectly clean in compliance with HACCP and the Hotel Standards;
* Assisting in the courses preparation process with an efficient daily mise en place
* Supporting deliveries and restocking;
* Synergical collaboration with the Chef de Partie;
Requirements:
* Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other cooking lines when necessary and required;
* Puntuality, great attention to details, costumer centricity, high team working skills;
* Minium 3 years work experience
* Italian and English confidence are mandatory
