Build a strong network and maintain contacts with property owners, developers and other relevant partners. Negotiate lease agreements professionally and ensure all legal and economic aspects are optimally addressed. Oversee the entire project flow – from initial outreach through contract signing to successful commissioning of the advertising space. Coordinate all stakeholders – from construction companies to architects and authorities – to guarantee a smooth implementation. Drive innovative outdoor advertising by bringing digital displays to the best locations with creative ideas. Qualifications Completed studies in Business Administration, Geography, Real Estate Management or similar. Years of experience in the real‑estate sector, ideally in project development. In‑depth knowledge of the commercial real‑estate market and experience in site analysis and acquisition. Strong negotiation skills with solid expertise in real‑estate and lease law. Routine use of GIS systems and other relevant software tools for site evaluation. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
