Strategic Leadership Opportunity
Embark on a challenging leadership role as a Global Team Lead within our Inside Sales department for Automotive Logistics. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee opportunity management teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and work closely with global customers on tenders and new business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Supervising cross-product tender management, operational account management, and pricing functions to drive strategic growth
* Collaborating with stakeholders, departments, and teams to support international automotive logistics customers
* Working with global automotive customers on tenders, price inquiries, and new business opportunities to expand market share
* Partnering closely with the Global Account Manager to support international customers in the automotive sector
* Optimizing processes and results, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to drive business success
* Functionally leading the opportunity management team in the automotive sector to achieve business objectives
* Providing guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and career development
* Conducting performance reviews, employee appraisals, and participating in recruitment interviews to foster a high-performing team culture
Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
* Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the automotive industry, with a strong track record of achievement
* Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business outcomes
* Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software to streamline operations
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Willingsness to travel as needed to connect with worldwide teams and customers
