Your daily workout
* You will respond promptly to inbound inquiries (web, events, referrals, etc.)
* You will qualify prospects based on fit, needs, and potential
* You will educate leads on how EGYM’s ecosystem drives retention, member experience, and business growth
* You will book qualified meetings for Sales Executives
* You will maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce)
* You will collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns
* You will support Salesforce administration and data quality processes to ensure clean, reliable reporting
* You will maintain dashboards to track performance and provide insights
* You will act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to drive improvements, efficiency, and cross-team alignment
Your fitness level
* You have 1+ year experience in a sales or customer-facing role (fitness/tech a plus)
* You have strong communication and active listening skills
* You are a quick thinker with ability to handle multiple inquiries at once
* You maintain curiosity and a genuine interest in helping fitness operators succeed
* You are self-motivated with a team-first attitude
* You have the ability to travel 10-15% of your time, including international travel.
The equipment we provide
* You will earn an annual salary of $68,000 - $75,000 plus bonus.
