Application Engineer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to lead and support new customer deployments, configure and customise solutions to fit clinical workflows, train end-users including radiologists, PACS admins, and IT staff, troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues, collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to drive customer success, provide post-go-live support and consult on workflow optimisation. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of DICOM, PACS, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
* 2+ years of experience in a healthcare IT, applications, or imaging environment
* Solid understanding of DICOM, PACS, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills
* Comfort working directly with both technical and clinical stakeholders
