We are seeking an exceptional VP of Marketing to join our executive leadership team at this critical juncture. 8. Experienced Marketing Leader: Proven success in high-growth, international B2C digital businesses, with expertise in holistic marketing strategy and execution, particularly within the German/DACH market
9. Strong People Leader & Communicator: Exceptional leadership, team-building, and cross-functional management skills, with a talent for setting KPIs and creating followership
10. Highly Data-Driven: Proficient in performance and digital marketing, with a strong focus on KPIs, metrics, and data-driven decision-making. Able to model, interpret, and predict business performance
11. Highly Commercial: Commercially driven with a strong revenue orientation, adept at driving traffic, conversions, and executing international go-to-market strategies. Capable of challenging operative decisions and making investment choices
12. Content & Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of content and influencer marketing, including the use of celebrities, with the ability to develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage customers. Strong storytelling and brand positioning abilities
