Your tasks: what you can help us shape
* In your role as Principal Software Architect (m/f/d), you will take on a leading role and play a key role in shaping our consulting and architecture services at the highest level. At the same time, you will continue to play an active role in software projects and be jointly responsible for the delivery of solutions
* You advise our customers strategically at eye level and support them in developing future-oriented software architectures that sustainably secure their business goals
* As a technical sparring partner, you work closely with stakeholders at management level and take responsibility for the communication and moderation of architectural topics
* You play a key role in shaping our architecture consulting portfolio, develop innovative technological solutions together with the development teams and recognize potential for new business areas
* You support and coach the development team and architects in architectural decisions and establish sustainable software architecture expertise
* You are responsible for the quality of the software architecture through regular reviews, audits and feedback loops
* You play a key role in shaping the development setup and the entire development process and take a holistic approach to delivering excellent software products - technically, methodically and culturally
What we want from you
* You have many years of in-depth experience in professional software development and architecture and have a wealth of experience in various modern technologies and frameworks
* You have strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills and are used to making and representing strategic decisions
* You have extensive experience with modern architecture principles, e.g. Domain Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architectures and microservices
* You have in-depth expertise in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and know how to integrate them into the software architecture in a targeted and effective manner
* Your experience includes the strategic creation and management of comprehensive architecture documentation, e.g. with arc42 or comparable standards
* You are familiar with the management and development of agile development teams and support them in achieving top performance and reaching the project goals
* You like to work independently and proactively, have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and recognize opportunities and risks in complex IT landscapes at an early stage
* You consider continuous learning to be essential and enjoy meeting exciting challenges every day in an agile team
* You have a very good command of German and are open to occasional travel to our customers

Christian is responsible for event-driven architecture and develops new learning materials with the Kreiskolleg:innen.
In projects, David ensures that the microarchitecture matches the macroarchitecture and that long-lasting software is created. In the circle, he organizes the collaboration in his role as host.
