The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in an HR consulting role, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.
They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, actively share knowledge within the team, and contribute to the team's visibility and thought leadership.
