Then you may be the HR Coordinator we are looking for!To support our growing operations, we are looking to hire an experienced HR Coordinator to support our tyre recycling plants in Dorsten, Kammlach and Oranienburg in a full-time position.Your role and key responsibilitiesAs HR Coordinator for our German production plants, your role will be to ensure smooth people processes, employee engagement and workforce development – with office base at our Dorsten plant. In this key position, you will work closely with Plant management, Finance, Global HR and employees to ensure compliance and enhance people efficiency.You will be part of an evolving people structure designed to strengthen recruitment, retention and employee development within the organisation.Tasks will involve:Managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding initiativesOverseeing payroll, compliance and HR administrationImplementing performance management and employee development programmesEnsuring ISO compliance and labour law adherenceOccasional travel to the other German plants and limited international travel for training sessions or meetingsYour qualifications5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally within an industrial settingAbility to collaborate with plant managers and cross- functional teamsProficiency in HRIS systems and social media recruitment tools.Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance standardsExcellent communication skills in German (native) and English (corporate language)What Genan offersJoin Genan, a global leader in tyre recycling, with a mission to support sustainability.
