Job Description Summary: Responsible for receiving incoming green coffee samples and ensuring their timely dispatch to customers. Provide support to the trading team by cupping and grading coffees in accordance with company procedures and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and dispatching samples to our clients Sample roasting for client requests and cupping sessions according to our roasting standards Set up and break down of cupping tables according to industry standards Keeping the quality lab clean and organized Monitoring inventory and equipment Registering incoming samples and keep proper documentation and records for all transactions Participating in cupping sessions Physical grading of green coffee samples Assist sales team and customers with quality related questions Calibrating, maintaining and updating customer specs Support Sales team in food safety and compliance matters including certifications, audits, documentation and related questionnaire
