Join our Project Management ATC Division in München (Germany) at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
* Project Data Support: Accurately enter and maintain project-related data in SAP; assist in generating reports to support project tracking and analysis
* Task and Progress Coordination: Support Project Managers in creating, assigning, and monitoring project tasks using project management tools; provide regular progress updates
* Team and Meeting Assistance: Help coordinate communication within the team regarding task statuses and deadlines; assist in organizing project meetings and sending reminders
* Documentation Management: Maintain and structure key project documents such as plans, reports, and meeting minutes; ensure version control and compliance with internal standards
* Presentation Preparation: Create and format PowerPoint presentations based on current project documentation and updates
Your qualifications
* Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Project Management or a comparable field of studies
* Solid skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; initial experience with SAP or project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello) is a plus
* A structured, detail-oriented working style with a high level of reliability and accuracy
* Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a proactive attitude
* Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
