Job Title: Procurement Manager Job Location: Düsseldorf Main Responsibilities: • Procurement Project Execution : Lead and execute procurement projects for workplace services, office facilities, equipment, and other administrative categories. • Demand & Requirement Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear procurement requirements, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards. • Supplier Sourcing & Management : Identify, assess, and manage suppliers for administrative services and products, ensuring stable and continuously improving service delivery. • Contract & Procurement Process Management : Manage procurement documents, contracts, and records following internal procedures. Ensure full transparency, compliance, and auditability of all procurement processes. • Cost Control & Efficiency Optimization : Drive cost saving initiatives through competitive sourcing, negotiation, demand consolidation, and specification optimization. Support company wide efficiency efforts. • Business Continuity Support : Ensure timely and reliable delivery of administrative services essential for daily operations. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational issues. • Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and local regulations. Identify risks and implement mitigation measures. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, ideally in administrative or indirect procurement categories. • Fast learner able to quickly understand administrative procurement processes. • Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate resources and influence stakeholders when necessary. • German: fluent. • English: fluent.
