The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first- and second-level support, ensuring prompt issue identification and resolution.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues.
* Maintain clear and timely communication regarding incident status and resolution progress.
* Manage and update all reported incident tickets.
* Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber .
* Support and maintain printers, desktops, laptops, and related hardware .
* Perform routine maintenance and remedial repairs on authorized devices.
* Utilize diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and software/hardware issues.
* Work effectively in a project-based environment, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid work permit in Germany.
* Several years of professional experience in IT support.
* Fluent English and proficiency in the local language (German) .
