Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Prozessingenieur (m/w/d), der für die Gestaltung, Formalisierung und Umsetzung der Prozessanforderungen an allen Standorten in der Region verantwortlich ist.
1. Define process requirements for control and automation systems
2. Assist sites with analysis and improvement of current processes
3. Assist sites with scoping of CI projects
4. Assist with process level documentation for execution of Oracle, Watson, etc.
5. Assist with definition of training execution to deliver value to the plants
6. Voice of process; Define process requirements according to R&D, manufacturing, technical team
7. Hold design reviews for projects
8. Assist with scale up of formulas to deliver effective scale up into production at facilities.
9. Collaborate with facilities on the implementation of the SWK program, specifically the SOP pillar to ensure the standardization of the documentation.
10. Support the sites in developing long term/ 5 yr plans
11. Reviews implementation requirements to understand site personnel or resource requirements and negotiate with the involved areas.
12. Build and lead the implementation plans for each specific facility with regards to the process definition requirements.
13. Assist facilities with process issues as needed
14. Analyzes production work trends to identify opportunities for standardization and definition of processes
15. Reviews completed work for compliance with requirements and suggests improvements or changes when needed
16. Works with contractors to improve tool or skill availability for process definitions
17. Promote and share of best practices – A key aspect of the Regional Team
18. Drive towards standardization where at all possible to ensure better sharing of equipment, parts and knowledge going forward
19. Creates reports for sites/regions as needed through the analytics tools like OBIEE or Business Objects.
20. Audit sites for certification or sustainability of the defined standard processes.
21. Ensure effective installation and operation of new assets at each of the identified sites

22. FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)Required:
