Minimum qualifications:

* 8 years of experience in software development with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
* 3 years in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with 2 years in people management or team leadership.
* Experience with performance instrumentation, system optimization, profile-guided optimization, and memory management.
* Experience in Android development, including native/C++.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in planning, tracking, and prioritizing team work.
* Effective communication skills across engineering, product management, and leadership audiences.
* Experience in server-side development, building and maintaining high-performance, mission-critical services.
* Experience in API design.
* Strong written communication skills and ability to foster a culture of thorough documentation.
