1. You lead and develop a team of product managers both professionally and disciplinarily
2. You are responsible for the portfolio of service solutions for transformers and substations throughout the entire product lifecycle and develop digital service offerings
3. You conduct market, competition, and demand analyses and derive strategic recommendations for action
4. You create business models in close collaboration with other departments
5. You initiate and coordinate development projects and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
6. You enable the global service business to successfully position itself in the market and actively represent your area in relevant committees
What you bring to the table:
7. You have a degree in electrical engineering or a similar qualification
8. You have several years of leadership experience as well as business management expertise, and you have professional experience in electrical power supply
9. You are responsible for the development of business models on both technical and economic levels and are proficient in product and portfolio management
10. You think innovatively and act entrepreneurially and pragmatically, while convincing through implementation strength and networking competence
11. You are well connected in national and international committees (e.g. CIGRE, CIRED, VDE)
12. You have excellent German and English skills
