Job Description:Position's SummaryLocation: Bremen, or Bristol, or Getafe or ToulouseDuration: Full-timeContract: UnlimitedReports to: CCONumber of openings: 1Start Date: ASAPAbout Business Developer (m/f/d)As part of the expansion of our activities in France (aerospace and adjacent sectors), Testia is strengthening its commercial team.Your role will be to prospect and develop a client portfolio, re-engage dormant accounts, and increase market share for our products and services (NDT, training, inspection, software), working closely with technical and marketing teams.Your TasksReporting to the Sales Director, you will contribute to profitable order intake and customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.Business Development & Account Planning: Define and execute a strategy by segment (sector/territory/key accounts)Prospect and convert new customers, re-engage dormant accounts, and develop existing onesDiversify into new industrial sectors (e.g., defense and others)Identify opportunities early to maximize wallet share and marginsManage the opportunity pipelineBuild and execute account plans; conduct reviews and ensure reliable forecastingSales Cycle & Closing Qualify customer needs, build value propositions, prepare offers, negotiate, and close dealCoordinate internal contributions (technical, pricing, marketing, legal) and manage prospecting and proposal campaignsEnsure contractual execution on Testia's side and monitor client obligations (deliverables, payments)Customer Relationship & Representation Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencersRepresent the voice of the customer internally, share market signals, and contribute to roadmapsAttend professional events/associations to promote Testia and its offeringsReporting & CRM Maintain and update the CRM (contacts, opportunities, pipeline, meeting notesProvide analyses: segment/region volume, potential, growth areasComply with company policies and regulations (T&Cs, trade compliance, ethics, HSE)What we look forEducation & Experience Degree in Business/Engineering/Management (Bachelor's +5)5 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in a technical/industrial environment, ideally in aerospaceUnderstanding of complex sales cycles and large account purchasing processesSkills Prospecting, qualification, offer creation, and negotiatioProficient in Google Workspace / MS Office and CRM toolsAbility to analyze needs and build ROI-focused value propositionsStrong writing skills (proposals, reports, presentations)Strong Level in EnglishPersonal Attributes Curiosity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Closer mindset: ability to identify decision-makers and close dealsRigor, organization, and priority management; team spiritAutonomy, resilience, results-driven, and motivated by challengesYour next Benefits: (More information at the interview)Flexible working hours and mobile workingHoliday and Christmas bonusesJobradProfessional development in an international company providing strong career opportunitiesExtensive employee benefits within Testia and Airbus GroupOur Recruitment ProcessIn the majority of cases, the stages will be:A Recruiter reviews your application.You will be contacted and/or interviewed by a Recruiter.An interview with the Hiring Manager will be scheduled.If needed, a last interview with the Hiring Team will be scheduled.The Hiring Team decides on the final candidate.Offer call from HR.A contract is signed.You can always check the status of your application on the Workday website.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Testia FranceContract Type:Permanent-Experience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Sales, Marketing & Commercial Contracts By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
