As our department grows, we need to further mature DD&I’s processes, enhance operating frameworks and leverage the team’s cross-functional strengths across our business function. We are looking for support to define DD&I’s strategic outlook, prioritization of initiatives and holding E2E accountability for approved initiatives and processes.
Your main responsibilities are:
* Assist in the planning and execution of internal initiatives to optimize DD&I business processes
* Identify potential efficiency improvements and process enhancements within DD&I
* Undertake specific consulting tasks to support teams’ initiatives in areas such as architecture, change management, financial implications, process excellence, cultural aspects, etc.
* Conduct data analysis and assessments to gather insights that contribute to process improvements
* Support the development of training materials and workshops to promote operational excellence
* Build dashboards and tools to enable reporting and communication of business intelligence topics utilizing or showing enthusiasm for Microsoft Power BI, PowerApps and similar
What you have to offer:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Interest in process optimization and IT-supported business processes
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly present complex information
* Initiative, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience or interest in learning Power BI and PowerApps
* Existing work experience would be preferred but not required
