Lead Deal Advisory Professional
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage valuation, financial modelling, and transaction engagements.
* Ensure accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with professional standards in leading valuation, financial modelling, and transaction engagements;
* Oversee quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, and profitability analyses for due diligence projects;
* Develop complex financial models for strategic decision-making and conduct valuations (businesses, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing);
* Advise on deal structuring, negotiation support, and SPA-related matters highlighting key risks and opportunities;
* Support clients through the M&A lifecycle from strategy and target identification to transaction execution and post-merger integration planning;
* Coordinate with tax, audit, legal, and advisory teams to deliver integrated value-adding solutions;
* Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients providing actionable insights to support investment and strategic decisions;
* Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members while contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
