Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Key Account Management Department.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously in an international environment.
About the Role:
* Sales support including RFQ's, quotations, and back-office tasks
* Developing strong relationships with customers through effective correspondence and regular meetings
* Verifying monthly sales reports and reviewing customer PO's
* Managing customer contract reviews and updating forecast databases regularly
* Reviewing business plans and budgets, and assisting program management meetings
* Preparing sales releases and updating prices in our systems
* Occasional visits to customer premises to build strong relationships
Requirements:
* Secondary school education; Bachelor's degree is considered an asset
* Hands-on experience with customer communication and administrative tasks
* Experience with data input and analysis in a technical sales environment
* Good skills in Microsoft Office and organized personality
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
* Creativity, team spirit, and proactive attitude are essential
* Fluency in English and French is mandatory; any other language is considered an asset
