NTT DATA Business Solutions seeks a Head of SAP Analytics to lead the SAP‑Analytics landscape across S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Responsibilities
* Lead the SAP BI/Analytics team and its disciplinary management.
* Define and implement a company‑wide SAP Analytics strategy.
* Steer projects for the introduction and optimisation of SAP BI solutions (SAP BW, SAC, Datasphere).
* Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
* Ensure data quality and governance in SAP Analytics systems.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and trends (AI, ML, embedded analytics).
* Manage budget for SAP Business Applications and related projects.
* Shape the operational construction of the Analytics system landscape.
Qualifications
* Completed degree in (business) informatics, economics or equivalent.
* Proven experience in SAP BI/Analytics, ideally with leadership experience.
* Deep understanding of SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
* Experience leading complex SAP projects and change & stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
* Excellent German and English in written and spoken.
