Your responsibilities You will oversee the spare parts business and ensure that EP industrial trucks in the field are operating at peak efficiency. Your aim is to make the after-sales department even more proactive and sales-oriented. The role is closely integrated with Sales, the Technical and Support department, and Product Development at the parent company in China. What responsibilities will you take on? Spare parts management: Coordination with the development department for forward-looking planning of orders and stock levels; stock planning at the central warehouse and with dealers in line with vehicle stock, service cycles, delivery times and logistics costs. Ensuring the availability of spare parts Warehouse efficiency: Analysis of stock levels, identification of potential for optimisation to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness Implementation of sales initiatives for spare parts and accessories; implementation of local initiatives best suited to the markets (e.g. pricing strategy and local availability) Establishment of clear processes and tools to ensure transparency and efficiency. Maintenance of the electronic parts catalogue and inventory management systems Preparation of performance reports and implementation of measures for continuous improvement Your profile Ideally, you will have: In-depth knowledge of inventory management, warehousing and working with ERP systems Education: e.g. a degree in logistics or supply chain management, or alternative qualifications such as a Technical Business Economist (IHK), technician or industrial foreman. Analytical skills and experience in applying and interpreting key performance indicators A hands-on approach combined with strategic expertise Professional communication skills in German and English Entrepreneurial mindset, a structured, data-driven approach to work, and a strong customer focus Willingness to travel: You will regularly visit our sites in Cologne, Erkrath and Huizingen (Belgium) Why us?
