Qualifikationen:
Your Profile Welcome graduates from any field of study - as long as you are eager to grow in finance and hold (or are pursuing) the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation Initial work experience (e.g internships or up to two years of work experience after graduation) in investment management, asset management, banking, or treasury Strong interest in capital markets and a solid understanding of investment principles, economic indicators, and financial instruments Affinity for programming, automation and AI applications; experience with tools like Power BI and Power Apps is beneficial At least three months experience abroad (studies or internship/work experience abroad) Strong interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to learn Ability and experience in communicating complex matters in a transparent and clear way, both orally and in writing Strong written and verbal communication in English required, basic skills of German and willingness to improve expected
