Development of separation techniques for the analysis of biomarkers using supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). Exploration of methods to assess short-lived biomarkers in biological samples. Method development for SFC and LC-MS. Preparing and analyzing biological samples (e.g., plasma, urine, tissues). Participating in experimental design, data analysis, and result interpretation. Documenting and presenting your findings in collaboration with your supervisor.
