In your role as HSE- & CI Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing the health, safety and environmental strategy and maintaining the safety culture of Dawn Foods. You will also support team members with the creation and implementation of a continuous improvement process.
Main responsibilities
1. Creation, maintenance and implementation of an HSE plan taking into account Dawn's internal and legal requirements
2. Implementation of initiatives for the targeted improvement of the production site
3. Implementing a strong, lasting culture of continuous improvement
4. Development of risk assessments and operating instructions
5. Creating and conducting training courses and supporting the transfer of knowledge to the work area
6. Creating and conducting training courses and supporting the transfer of knowledge to the work area
7. Working closely with the quality department on internal audits and site inspections
8. Conducting internal and external audits at Dawn's other sites
9. Contact with authorities such as employers' liability insurance associations, company medical service, supervisory authorities in occupational health and safety, etc.
10. Active participation within the European HSE team, also with regard to safety issues at other sites
What do you bring?
11. Master craftsman, technician or bachelor in the professional fields of business administration or industrial engineering
12. Qualification as an occupational safety specialist in accordance with §7 ASiG
13. At least three years' experience in a similar position
14. A pronounced awareness of quality and safety
15. Enjoy implementing concrete measures and conducting training courses
16. Ability to work in a team, diligence and social skills
17. Structured and independent way of working
18. Very good knowledge of German and English
