Digital Projects Coordinator (m/f/d)
(full-time 38.5h/week, 2-year limited contract)
Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinate DEU projects and document project scope and objectives, project plans, and resource allocation
* Consult with Head of DEU to identify project risks and develop contingency plans
* Collaborate with all DEU team members to identify needs for process and communication improvements.
* Facilitate collaboration with project stakeholders through coordination of project meetings, communicating deliverables and deadlines, and documenting progress, tasks, and related responsible stakeholders
* Manage communication and scheduling for the DEU regarding online exam preparation, requirements, and support
* Maintain documentation and records for DEU-related projects
* Write reports in PowerBI with accompanying documentation and maintain dashboards
* Tracking milestones/deliverables for module development, media production, and other DEU projects.
* Manage digital tools used by the DEU to track and document progress
Your Profile:
* A bachelor's degree in social sciences, humanities, software engineering
* 2-3 years of experience in coordinating and managing projects in a matrix type organization
* Experience working in an educational or HR training environment
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly (with nuance and sensitivity in a multicultural setting)
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Collaborative approach to resolving issues and overcoming challenges
* Ability to assess data and feedback to make informed recommendations
* Flexibility in adapting to revised goals and timelines
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new tools and methodologies
* Preferred: Certification or Masters in project management training (agile or traditional)
