This role is essential in connecting academia with industry through strategic employer outreach, corporate events, and student-industry collaboration initiatives. Your responsibilities: 1. Employer Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with companies across industries. Promote Constructor University as a talent hub for internships, jobs, and industry collaborations. Identify employer needs and align them with student career development opportunities. 2. Career Fair & Corporate Events Lead the organization and expansion of the annual Career Fair and other employer networking events. Secure employer participation, sponsorships, and speakers for career-related events. Develop industry panels, hackathons, recruitment days, and alumni-employer meetups. 3. Tech Lab & Industry Projects Coordinate the Tech Lab, a hub for student-industry collaborations. Develop partnerships for real-world student consulting & research projects with corporate partners. Promote the Tech Lab as an opportunity for companies to engage with student talent. 4. Alumni-Corporate Collaboration Leverage alumni networks to create career opportunities, internships, and mentorship programs. Identify alumni in leadership roles and encourage them to recruit from Constructor University. 5. Revenue Generation & Strategic Growth Develop paid recruitment services (job postings, employer branding, career workshops). Secure sponsorships for the Career Fair, corporate events, and industry partnerships. Track KPIs on employer engagement, student placements, and sponsorship success. Your qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Experience in employer relations, corporate partnerships, sales, or business development. Strong event management skills, particularly in corporate and career-related settings. Excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive sponsorship and employer engagement. Fluent in German & English (full professional proficiency required). Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships across industries. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), career platforms (Jobteaser, Handshake), and employer outreach strategies.
