The firm works primarily with international clients in private equity, real estate, SOPARFI, and holding structures, and it is now extending its services towards the regulated fund sector. Your Responsibilities | Tax – Finance – Accountant – Comptabilité
* Oversee a client portfolio made up of financial entities (SOPARFI, Holdings, PE/RE), ensuring timely preparation and review of financial statements, VAT/tax returns, and regulatory reports (BCL, CSSF).
* Lead and supervise a team of accountants, creating a positive and solution-oriented work atmosphere. You will coordinate workflows, guide juniors, and contribute to everyone's professional development.
* Maintain close contact with your clients, anticipate their needs, and help strengthen long-term partnerships. You may also take part in business development initiatives.
Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Financial Services – Luxembourg
* You bring at least 6 years of experience in a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four environment in Luxembourg.
* You've had exposure to team supervision, whether in a formal supervisorial role or by mentoring less experienced colleagues.
* Your past work with PE/RE structures or SOPARFI/Holdings is a valuable asset.
* You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus but not required.
* You are proactive, communicative, and know how to adapt your approach to different team dynamics.
