Location: Germany (Hybrid / Remote with travel) Employment Type: Full‑time Industry: SaaS, Manufacturing, Industrial Tech, Additive Manufacturing About the Role My client is a rapidly growing, innovation‑driven software provider operating at the intersection of manufacturing, industrial processes, and advanced data technologies. They are expanding their commercial team and are seeking a Senior Software Sales Executive who brings proven experience selling SaaS solutions into manufacturing, industrial, or production environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands complex industrial workflows, can speak the language of engineering and operations teams, and excels at building long-lasting customer relationships in highly technical environments. What You Will Do Drive net‑new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Sell a cutting‑edge SaaS platform that enables manufacturing and industrial customers to optimize production, ensure part quality, and unlock data-driven insights. Engage with decision-makers across operations, quality, engineering, and manufacturing leadership. Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, ROI analyses, and solution workshops. Build and maintain a strong pipeline using a consultative, value‑driven sales approach. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine messaging, improve lead generation, and influence roadmap direction. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and on‑site customer meetings. Your Profile Senior experience in B2B manufacturing SaaS sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets. Proven success selling into manufacturing, industrial production, additive manufacturing, or similar technical sectors. Comfortable discussing engineering processes, production workflows, and quality assurance challenges with technical stakeholders. Experience with long, consultative sales cycles and enterprise-level customers. Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value stories. Fluent in German and English. Hunter mentality with strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Nice-to-Have Existing network within manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, energy, or industrial OEMs. Experience selling solutions involving data analytics, IIoT, production software, MES/QMS, or additive manufacturing technologies. Understanding of industry certifications, compliance, or digitalization initiatives in manufacturing environments.
