Job Description:
A portfolio manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. This involves reviewing contracts, agreements and reports from a legal standpoint, coordinating board meetings, maintaining statutory registers, handling client billing and advising on documentation preparation.
* Manage client relationships to ensure timely delivery of services
* Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish effective communication channels within the organization and with clients
* Liaise with external stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers and banks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in law or related field
* At least 7 years of experience in trust company management in Luxembourg
* Fluency in English and basic knowledge in French
