Your responsibilities
* Manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (SQL databases, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
* Automate recurring reporting processes (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.) and reduce manual work
* Build dashboards and reporting pipelines that provide clear insights into campaign and funnel performance
* Conduct advanced statistical analysis (regressions, predictive models, machine learning approaches, attribution models) to uncover insights and optimize decision-making
* Support the team in developing and refining a multi-touch attribution model
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data accuracy and transparency across all channels

Your profile
* Strong background in data analysis with excellent SQL skills
* Solid understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs (especially in paid performance marketing)
* Experience in automating data workflows (Python, R, or similar is a plus)
* Knowledge of statistical methods, regressions, or machine learning techniques (plus)
* Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
* A structured and detail-oriented working style with a passion for solving complex problems
* Proficiency in English; German is a plus but not required
