Main Responsibilities
Handle travel bookings and changes via phone and email
Provide efficient and polite customer service to business clients
Work with tools such as Amadeus (training provided)
Deliver professional solutions in line with internal guidelines and KPIs

Requirements: Your Profile
Fluent German (C1), plus solid English (B2)
Customer-oriented, organized, and solution-driven
Confident with computers and typing (MS Office skills required)
Positive team player with a professional work ethic
High school diploma
Offer:
Salary: 4000 BGN gross/month
Performance bonus based on KPIs
Working hours: Monday–Friday, standard office shifts
Breaks: 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months
2 weeks hotel stay in the city center (breakfast included)
