What you can expect from us...
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
2. Technical Strategy: Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the stack
3. Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives
4. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications on both the front-end and back-end
5. Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
6. Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability across the platform
7. Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
8. Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions
9. Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment and beyond, while maintaining high technical standards
10. Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical development and business goals
What we would expect from you...
11. Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as VueJS, SolidJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, with a focus on TypeScript and JavaScript development
12. Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server-side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB as a preferred database solution
13. Hands-on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging tools like Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud for deployment and management
14. Proficient in working within a Monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and version control systems like GitLab for collaborative development
15. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive team culture
16. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings, fostering open communication and innovation
17. A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality results
