Country Manager - Netherlands (m/f/d) You take full ownership for home24 in the Netherlands, including revenue, profitability, and cost control, to drive our success in the market You develop and execute a local growth strategy that aligns with home24's overall business goals You collaborate in a cross-functional country team across sales, pricing, inventory and merchandising You identify and capitalize on market trends, opportunities, and customer needs to expand our local presence You manage and optimize the local product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to maximize performance You work closely with central functions such as Marketing, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure seamless operations You completed your studies in E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field You have several years of experience in a similar role with country responsibility, ideally within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sector You have a deep understanding of the Dutch e-commerce market, including local consumer behavior and market dynamics You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in a matrix organization You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach You are fluent in Dutch (at least B2 level) and English Your impact The chance to make an impact in a highly motivated team of professionals An open-minded culture ready to incorporate new and creative ideas Your growth Extensive learning opportunities from our home24 academy and external partners Room for growth and development within your role through regular feedback rounds Your path Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode.
