Job Overview
SSA Group seeks a CSA Site Manager job candidate for our client, reporting to the Project Director on on-site data centre projects in Germany. This hands-on role supervises subcontractors, staff, and operations across multiple sites.
Job Responsibilities
* Liaise with Project Managers, report progress, supervise contracted staff and all site labor in this CSA Site Manager job.
* Conduct safety inspections, maintain quality control, apply HSE standards, prepare site reports, designs, and drawings.
* Control changes, track deviations, assist with admin, execute project closeouts, and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related; 3-5 years in site supervision or project engineering on data centres.
* Expertise in HSE compliance, subcontractor management, quality procedures, scope control, and MS Office tools.
* Strong communication, organizational skills; proactive team player fluent in English for multi-site coordination.
