Mission Build and scale a strong partner ecosystem that drives sustainable growth across the APAC region. Role Overview As the first Partner Manager in APAC, you will own the regional partner strategy end-to-end - from identifying and recruiting partners such as system integrators and consulting firms, to enabling them and co-selling to drive revenue. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities Define and execute the APAC partner strategy, including target markets, partner profiles, and recruitment and revenue goals Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners with the right knowledge, tools, and resources Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing training, product enablement, and co-selling support Work closely with partners on joint sales opportunities from lead generation through deal closure and deal registration Run regular business reviews and track partner performance against shared goals Optimize plans continuously to maximize regional growth Requirements Deep understanding of the APAC technology market, including cultural and business nuances across key countries Strong background in partner management, channel sales, or related roles within a software company Proven ability to build revenue-generating partner ecosystems Experience developing regional strategy and executing it independently Data-driven mindset with ability to prioritize efforts and set goals based on market insights Clear communicator across time zones with strong collaboration skills Nice to have: familiarity with data analytics or data science; additional languages such as Japanese or Mandarin About us KNIME is a leading AI platform that enables organisations to make sense of their data through intuitive, scalable, and collaborative data science.
