As part of our expanding Global Marketing Organization, we are seeking a Senior Director, Customer Value Proposition, Core Lab Diagnostics spanning our laboratory solutions business lines. This role sits at the center of our most important growth priorities. Your work will directly influence how we compete, how we win, and how we build long-term partnerships with leading healthcare systems worldwide. This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-driven marketer who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and is motivated to drive innovation and commercial excellence.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to own and elevate our enterprise value story for Core Lab IVD partnerships. The Senior Director, Customer Value Proposition will define how we win at the C-suite level, clearly demonstrating why healthcare systems choose us over competitors for long-term, system-wide Core Lab partnerships.
This role is accountable for shaping executive-level messaging and developing and executing global sales enablement strategy that builds confidence, credibility, and proof in our value proposition, driving increased win rates in complex, multi-year agreements. You will operate as a strategic partner across regions and play a visible and influential role, accountable for global strategy, program leadership, and the commercialization of differentiated solutions.
Reporting into senior global marketing leadership, this role shapes C-suite engagement and go-to-market execution for a critical growth platform within Core Lab Diagnostics. The position operates at a global, enterprise level, partnering closely with R&D, systems, informatics, medical, and commercial organizations to deliver differentiated, profitable solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Enterprise Value Narrative: Define and activate a differentiated, executive-level value proposition that positions our Core Lab portfolio as the superior long-term partner for healthcare systems. In addition to collaborative customer programs, create external and internal facing assets such as presentations, value calculations, case studies and positioning materials.
* Win the C-Suite: Develop compelling CEO-, CFO-, COO-, and CIO-level messaging that reframes Core Lab decisions around enterprise outcomes, not just assays and analyzers.
* Outperform the Competition: Build and deploy value stories and proof points that clearly outperform competitors in high-stakes competitive tenders and executive evaluations.
* Drive Commercial Impact: Influence deal strategy, executive presentations, and partnership models for complex, multi-year Core Lab agreements.
* Prove Partnership Value: Establish clear, defensible frameworks to demonstrate realized value over time, supporting renewals, expansions, and long-term strategic alignment.
* Align the Organization: Partner across Commercial, Marketing, Medical HEOR, and Service teams to ensure consistent, credible value messaging across the customer lifecycle.
* Build the Capability: Lead and scale the global approach, mindset, and capabilities required to embed enterprise value strategy and executive engagement across the organization.
Qualifications & Expertise:
* 12+ years in senior marketing, commercial, strategy, or value leadership roles within healthcare; diagnostics, IVD, or medical technology experience strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated success influencing C-suite decision-makers and supporting high-value, competitive negotiations.
* Deep understanding of health system economics, hospital and laboratory operations, and enterprise purchasing dynamics.
* Proven ability to create differentiated value propositions that drive measurable increases in win rates and deal size.
* Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
* Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The base pay range for this position is:
$181,310 - $249,304
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
