YOUR ROLE
FEV Consulting supports companies along the entire robotics value chain: from strategy and technology advisory to benchmarking, cost & value management, and industrialization.
Join our robotic expert team and shape the future in humanoid robotics!
* Support the development of stationary pick-and-place tasks (simulation and real hardware)
* Conduct literature and project reviews on modern manipulation and locomotion approaches and derive actionable recommendations for implementation
* Implement and evaluate learning-based methods (e.g., imitation learning / RL) in simulation environments and support transfer to real systems
* Contribute to humanoid locomotion and navigation topics, including perception and planning building blocks (e.g., SLAM concepts and experiments)
* Assist in integrating components towards mobile pick-and-place (whole-body coordination and task execution)
* Document results, experiments, and learnings in a structured way and present progress in bi-weekly fixed alignments
YOUR PROFILE
* Enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Robotic Systems Engineering, or a related program with a strong focus on Robotics
* Solid programming skills in Python and C++
* Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
* Confident in Ubuntu-based development environments and skilled with Visual Studio Code & Copilot
* Independent, structured way of working and good documentation habits
