Key Responsibilities: Drive customer development on a national level, focusing on sustainable growth and long-term partnerships. Manage day-to-day business operations with assigned customers in the Cash & Carry and Off-Trade channels. Analyze customer and category data comprehensively to derive actionable strategies, guidelines, and performance measures. Develop and implement customer-specific strategies and concepts, including sales and budget planning, as well as overseeing new product launches and promotional campaigns. Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and performance targets by identifying and leveraging market opportunities and growth potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across all relevant customer organizations. Execute sales initiatives to maximize business potentialu2014particularly in distribution, promotional execution, and category management. Plan, prepare, and lead annual negotiations, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. Collaborate closely with the field sales organization and key internal departments such as Finance, Marketing, Category Management to ensure brilliant execution. Continuously develop sales channels by assessing current performance, deriving insights, and implementing strategies to fully unlock potential. Experience / skills required Completed degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience managing major customers in the FMCG sector, ideally within Cash & Carry. Extensive knowledge of Cash & Carry structures, processes, and dynamics in Germany. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Assertive, solution-oriented, and skilled in building lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with foresight; thrives in both independent work and collaborative environments. Proficient in English and German.
